Shipping and Returns

Each piece is individually handmade. Items that are in stock and ready to ship will be labelled on the product page. Other items are made to order, with a turnaround time of roughly 2-3 weeks.

If your order contains a combination of made to order and ready to ship, by default they will ship together when everything is ready. 

Get in touch if you need an item or order for an important date - most times it can be accommodated.

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, unless you've chosen an international express option. Below are the approximate delivery times from dispatch:

UK orders: Standard, 3-4 working days, Express 1-2 working days
International: Tracked 5-9 working days, Express 4-6 working days

For international orders, custom charges and tariffs are the customers' responsibility with the exception of US (see below).

 

US Customers

All customs and duty fees are included and will be pre-paid through the delivery partner on your behalf, when parcels are dispatched. Once the parcel arrives, customers won't have to pay any additional fee.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days or an exchange for a credit note within 14 days. Please note, all sales for bespoke pieces, or items with custom sizing / modifications are final.

To quality for a return or exchange:

  • The item you wish to return and its box must be in the same condition you first received it in
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage won't be refunded

To initiate a return, please get in touch at hello@bymyhands.studio. Cost of postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Tracked postage is recommended, as items that are lost are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced or refunded.

For international customers, please note that duties and taxes cannot be refunded.


Repair

If you require repair for an item, please email an image of the jewellery to hello@bymyhands.studio. Repair-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
